The purpose of this document is to formalise the reservation of a membership place at MOMENTUM by the applicant identified below. No payment is required to reserve your place. Submitting this form does not, by itself, constitute the definitive membership agreement.

No payment is required to reserve your place. The maintenance fee (€25,000 + VAT) will accrue annually from the Club’s opening date and throughout the term of the membership. The 3-year minimum commitment applies from the opening date.
